Biography
Major: Business Administration
Since age of 6yrs old started running, played soccer, basketball and ran track and field.
Competed in Men’s Soccer in 2012 and has been a member of the Track and Field teams all season since he enrolled at Medgar Evers College. He has been named to numerous department awards in the sport and has won numerous conference awards as well. His dad was a soccer player in High School. He chose to compete in Track and Field. Jomo is a sprinter by trade, also competes in the field events. He grew up next to a park so running was his sport. His strategy during his races are stick with the guy in front of him and wait for the 1st move he slows down. Jomo loves to run at Icahn Stadium during outdoor season, the New Balance Manhattan Armory is #2 and Van Cortlandt Park #3. Before the meet, he drinks tea and after nothing special. His favorite music is hip-hop and rap. He also enjoys to listen to Soca, Dance and Reggaeton.
