LADY COUGARS FALL TO YORK 6-3 IN WOMEN'S TENNIS

Jamaica, NY- The MEC Lady Cougars fell to the York College Women Cardinals in Women's Tennis by a final score of 6-3. The match took place earlier today on Friday April 27, 2012. The loss dropped MEC to 0-15 Overall while York improved to 10-8 Overall.

MEC won 3 matches, a first since Oct 25, 2011 when they lost to St. Joes Bk 6-3. In Singles Action, #1 seed Roneke Browne and #6 seed Ruma Hoque won their matches. In Doubles Action, Hoque along with Zalieka Johnson in the #3 seeded Doubles team won their match. It was a great day for Hoque a Senior. Here is the results from today.
