The Medgar Evers College Athletics Department, by virtue of its membership with the NCAA, CUNYAC & ECAC, is fully committed to the principles of institutional control in operating its athletics program.
The Department of Athletics compliance program exists to monitor and verify complete compliance with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), CUNY Athletic Conference (CUNYAC), Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) and the Medgar Evers College rules and regulations.
As a participant of our intercollegiate athletics program, it is imperative that you understand and comply with our commitment to these rules and regulations as they are essential to the integrity of the Athletics Department as well as Medgar Evers College as a whole.
Any allegation of a potential violation of NCAA rules and/or regulations should immediately be reported to the Compliance Officer or to the Interim Director of Athletics.
