Men's Volleyball Falls to Widener University

The Medgar Evers Men's Volleyball played in their nineteenth overall match of the season against Widener University on Saturday afternoon at 12:00pm. The Cougars dropped the match in three straight sets (15-25, 18-25, and 22-25).
Freshman Enmanuel Jaquez (Santiago, Dominican Republic) led the Cougars in kills with 15 while also recording 5 digs. Junior Setter Kareem Cyrus (Saint Georges, Grenada) led the Cougars in assist with 23 and in digs with 11.
For the Lions, Wil Cacciatore led his team to the win with 10 kills in 16 attempts.
Medgar Evers (4-16, 1-7) will head to their season finale facing off Sarah Lawrence College at 12:00pm on Sunday, April 8th.
