Box Score New York, NY- The Lady Cougars dropped their 10th straight game this time to John Jay College. The game took place on Friday January 27, 2012 which the Bloodhounds won 84-31. The win improved John Jay to 6-11 Overall and 3-5 CUNYAC while MEC fell to 2-17 Overall and 0-8 CUNYAC.

John Jay led from the opening tip. MEC didn't score their first bucket until 2:40 into the game. John Jay led by as much as 25pts in the half. John Jay led by 53pts to end the game.

Briitany Christie scored 12pts, grabbed 7 rebounds, tallied a block, and a steal. Christie made her collegiate debut. Chantal Biscette scored 10pts, grabbed 4 rebounds, tallied 2 assists, and a steal.

Three John Jay players scored in double figures. Tyana Hale led the Bloodhounds with 30pts. Jamecia Forsythe scored 13pts and Danielle Eagan knocked down 12pts.

The Lady Cougars will be back in action on Sunday January 29, 2012 when they play the St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) Bears. The game will be at Medgar Evers College and tip off is 2pm.
