Box Score Brooklyn, NY- On Thursday Sept. 27, 2012, the Medgar Evers College Women's Soccer team played the Saint Joseph's College of Brooklyn Bears in a HVWAC Contest at Aviator Sports and Rec Center in Brooklyn, NY. The Cougars lost the game 12-0. They fell to 0-3 Overall, 0-2 HVWAC while the Bears improves to 2-2-1 Overall and 1-1 HVWAC.
 
The Lady Bears scored 2 goals in the 1^st half and 10 in the 2^nd half. For the goalkeepers, Medgar Evers Yishka Chin played 90 minutes, gave up 12 goals, and made 13 saves. Her counterpart Nicole Farinella played 90 minutes, and made 1 save.
 
Medgar Evers College will be back in action on Monday Oct. 1, 2012 when they travel to the Bronx, and take on CUNYAC foe Lehman College Lightning. Game time is 7pm.
