Box Score Brooklyn, NY- The Medgar Evers College Men's Basketball Cougars fell to the Brooklyn College Bulldogs 75-67 on Wednesday January 30, 2013. The Bulldogs improved to 7-12 Overall and 5-6 CUNYAC while the Cougars fell to 9-12 Overall and 5-7 CUNYAC.
The Cougars led for the 38 minutes of this game. Brooklyn tied the score at 13 in the 1st half, but never touched the lead until 1:53 left in the game. Brooklyn kept knocking the lead down, until finally a layup from Kavon Baker sealed the deal for the Bulldogs. The Cougars gave up 24 turnovers.
In the loss, Medgar Evers College was led by Senior Forward
Winston Douglas with 16pts (8-8 FT-FTA). Douglas grabbed 16 rebounds, tallied an assist, and 3 steals. Douglas recorded his 16th double double of the season. He currently leads the nation in that category. Sophomore Forward

Michael Taylor scored 10pts (2-2 FT-FTA), grabbed 3 rebounds, dished out an assist, tallied a block, and 2 steals.
In the win, Brooklyn was led by Kavon Baker with 28pts. Jeffrey Noel scored 24pts and Egzon Gjonbalaj added 14pts.
