Box Score Women's Volleyball Falls in Season Finale at Lehman
BRONX, N.Y. (Oct. 25, 2016) – On Tuesday night, the women's volleyball team traveled to Lehman College for a CUNYAC matchup. Medgar Evers put the pressure on in the first set pushing close to victory. They were not able to keep up eventually losing the first set 25-18. Lehman would go on to win the match 3-0. With this loss, Medgar Evers falls to 0-26 on the year (0-10 CUNYAC) and Lehman improves to 6-17 (3-5 CUNYAC).
 
Senior Kalifa Roberts led the way with six digs for the Lady Cougars while adding three kills on the night while classmate Naomi Chandler recorded a team-high seven assists. Freshman teammate Adenike Akindude added five kills.
