Box Score Women's Soccer Falls 8-1 to Valley Forge

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (Sep. 10, 2016) – On Saturday, the women's soccer team was in action at Aviator Sports Complex against the Patriots of Valley Forge in a non-conference matchup. Medgar Evers got off on the right foot with an early goal but were outplayed after that giving up eight goals.

Senior Sciancia Metelus scored the lone goal for the Lady Cougars in the 11^th minute while also getting four of her six shots on goal.

The women's soccer team is back in action on Wednesday, September 14, when they take on conference opponent York College at 7 p.m. in Queens, N.Y.
