Lady Cougars Drop Regular Season Finale Against City College

The Cougars' women's' basketball team played in their sixteenth conference matchup and final matchup of the season against City College on Tuesday night at 5:00pm. The Cougars loses by a score of 37-91.

Only one lone Lady Cougar scored in double figures. Freshman Guard Malecka Davis (Brooklyn, NY) scored 16 points while also contributing with 4 rebounds and a game high 4 steals in 33 minutes of play. Junior Guard Janaisha Carrington (Brooklyn, NY) came out short of a triple double with contributing 9 points and a team high 8 rebounds and a team high 7 assist in 40 minutes of play. 

For the Beavers, Debra Chan led her team to the win with her double-double contributing 25 points, 70% on the 3 point line, and 12 assist.  

Lady Cougars end their season with an overall record of 2-23.
