The Medgar Evers College Women's Volleyball team faced one of the toughest teams in the CUNYAC division, the Hunter College Hawks in a Volleyball match on Thursday September 13^th, 2018. Even though it was a tough loss, the Lady Cougars still held it down to the very end.

Lady Cougars were led by Junior Melisa Wright (Brooklyn Institute of Liberal Arts HS/St. Catherine, Jamaica W.I.) and Freshman Sashamoni Burnett (Young Women Leadership HS/Brooklyn, NY) both having three (3) kills each but could not bridge the gap and fell short.
With this loss, it now has Medgar Evers College 1-6 overall, 1-2 CUNYAC.

Lady Cougars will visit Wilkes University for a Tri-Match against Wesley College and Wilkes University on September 15th, at 11am.
