The Lady Cougars visited the City College of New York (CCNY) Beavers for a CUNYAC Volleyball match on September 20th, 2018.

The scores being 12-25, 17-25, and 16-25, the Medgar Evers College Women's Volleyball team played their game.
With the team leaders Junior Melisa Wright (St. Catherine, Jamaica WI, Brooklyn Institute of Liberal Arts) with four (4) kills and two (2) serve aces , Junior Diana Williams (Brooklyn, NY, Midwood HS at Brooklyn College) with three (3) kills and Freshman Sashamoni Burnett (Brooklyn / NY, Young Women Leadership School) also with three (3) kills, two (2) blocks and two (2) serve aces, it was not much to bridge the gap.

The Lady Cougars will continue on to their next match vs Sarah Lawrence College on September 22nd, 2018 at their home court.
