Medgar Evers Department of Athletics remembers Kingsborough C.C. student-athlete Tabidi Abdelmaged

Medgar Evers College and its department of athletics would like to extend its heartfelt condolences to fellow CUNYAC institution Kingsborough Community College as it mourns the untimely and unexpected passing of men's basketball student-athlete Tabidi Abdelmaged.

Abdelmaged, a sophomore at the institution known for his immense talents and unwavering dedication, passed away on November 3rd. Tabidi was an exceptional individual who embodied the true spirit of sportsmanship, dedication, and perseverance. He was pursuing an associate degree in Physical Education, Recreation, and Therapy.

Here at Medgar Evers, our thoughts and prayers are with the Abdelmaged family, and everyone who knew and loved Tabidi. Our institution stands in solidarity with Kingsborough Community College and all CUNYAC institutions when it comes to the well-being of our student-athletes.

Mr. Abdelmaged's memory will live on forever, and he will be greatly missed.
