Brad Oringer will be entering his fourth season as an assistant at Medgar Evers College. He is very proud of the fact that the Cougars men's basketball team has now enjoyed three consecutive semesters with a team GPA of 3.0

Originer previously spent six seasons as an assistant coach at the College of Mount Saint Vincent, and eleven years as an assistant at the City College of New York under Head Coach Andy Stampfel. During his time at City College, the Beavers qualified the NCAA Division III tournament twice (2001 and 2003).

Additionally, Oringer coached at Nazareth High School for five seasons under Coach Todd Jamison. He also volunteered under Coach Ted Gustus and spent one year as Assistant JV Coach.
