Box Score New York, NY- The Lady Cougars fell to Baruch College Bearcats 107-34 on Wednesday January 25, 2012. The loss dropped MEC to 2-16 Overall and 0-7 CUNYAC while Baruch improved to 10-8 Overall and 5-2 CUNYAC.

This was a tough game for the Lady Cougars. Baruch led from the opening tip. MEC tied the score just once, when Chantal Biscette scored on a fastbreak tying the game at 2. Baruch led by as much as 35 at the half and 73 by game's end.

Chantal Biscette led the Lady Cougars in the loss. The Senior scored 16pts and grabbed 11 rebounds. She also tallied 3 assists, a block, and 5 steals. Fellow classmate Yvanna Jack scored 15pts and grabbed 8 rebounds. Jack also tallied an assist.

Six players scored in double figures for Baruch. Jessica Duleba scored a game high 18pts.

MEC will be back in action on Friday January 27, 2012 when they travel to John Jay College to take on the Bloodhounds. Game time is set for 5pm.
