Box Score Brooklyn, NY- The Women's Basketball Cougars fell to the College of Staten Island Dolphins 75-34 at Medgar Evers College. The Dolphins improve to 13-10 Overall and 10-4 CUNYAC while the Cougars drop to 0-23 Overall and 0-14 CUNYAC. 

This was the home season finale for the 2012-13 season. The Cougars led briefly 3-0 before the Dolphins took over the lead and never looked back.

The Cougars in the loss, was led by Freshman Guard Imani Mason scoring 14pts. Mason grabbed 6 rebounds, dished out 2 assists, and added a steal. Fellow classmate Nia Tompkins recorded her 1st double double of her young season. Nia scored 11pts (3-7 FT-FTA) grabbed 11 rebounds (all defensive), dished out 3 assists, and tallied 5 steals. 

The College of Staten Island Dolphins in the win, were led by Megan Myhre with 19pts. Lisa Galasso added 10pts.

The Cougars will be back in action on Thursday February 7, 2013, when they travel to Kings Point, NY and take on the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Game time is 6pm.
