Box Score Women's Basketball Falls 83-52 to CSI in CUNYAC Matchup
 
(BROOKLYN, N.Y.) – Medgar Evers women's basketball hosted Staten Island for a CUNYAC matchup Friday night at the Cougars' Cave. The Lady Cougars were unable to handle the full court pressure from CSI as they went on to lose 83-52. With that loss, Medgar Evers falls to 0-12 (0-5 CUNYAC) while CSI improves to 9-4 (5-1).
 
            Senior guard Elesha Dieudonne's (Brooklyn, N.Y.) was incredible in the losing effort scoring a career-high 30 points making it her 9^th double-double on the season. Dieudonne went 12-22 (55%) from the field while grabbing a game high 13 rebounds including four offensive and also had five steals. Senior forward Kimonia Mullings (Queens, N.Y.) grabbed 12 rebounds including three offensive. No other players scored in double figures.
 
            Staten Island was led by Christina Pasaturo who had a game-high 34 points. The women's basketball team is back in action Monday, January 9^th when they host CCNY at the Cougars' Cave in a CUNYAC matchup beginning at 6 p.m.
