Women's Volleyball Loses to Albertus Magnus College

The Medgar Evers women's volleyball team lose their match against Albertus Magnus College in straight sets (25-4, 25-7, 25-19). Kaina Bazard (Haiti), Melisa Wright (St. Catherine, Jamaica WI), Charlena Mackey (Brooklyn, NY), Djanee Green (Brooklyn, NY), and Nneoma Anyanwu (Brooklyn,NY) each had a kill in the game. Kaina Bazard (Haiti) also had two assists in the match. Shanie Laguerre (Trindad, WI) led the Cougars with the most digs in the match. 

Medgar Evers (0-5,0-2) will return to the court on Thursday, 9/14/17 when they play their first match at home versus John Jay College at 7:00pm.
