Brooklyn added to that comfortable advantage when Nikala Metreveli scored three goals in succession, at 36:23, 39:43, and 43:41, respectively. Koufos and Adam Moharam earned assists on Metreveli's second goal, with Moharam adding a helper on Brooklyn's sixth tally.

Neither team would score a goal in the second half, as Brooklyn College advanced for a convincing 6-0 victory.
