The Medgar Evers College Men's Basketball team is preparing for the upcoming season, as Head Coach Kelvin Bigelow and the Cougars get set to welcome prospective student-athletes to tryouts on Monday, September 28 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cougars Cave, located at 1150 Carroll Street.

Entering his second season as head coach, Bigelow is looking guide the Cougars back to the CUNYAC postseason.

Students interested in trying out must be enrolled full-time at Medgar Evers College and must have completed Steps 1 through 8 of the MEC Student-Athlete Checklist prior to participating.

All eligible students must register at the door with Compliance upon arrival.

Prospective student-athletes are encouraged to arrive prepared and ready to compete for an opportunity to become part of Cougar Country.
