Brooklyn, NY- The Lady Cougars dropped a non conference match to St. Joseph's Bk 3-0 (25-10, 25-6, 25-9) on Tuesday Oct.4, 2011 at Brooklyn Technical High School in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn, NY.

The Bears victory improved to 5-5 Overall while the Lady Cougars dropped 0-9 CUNYAC. The Lady Cougars didn't play well from the start. They were outscored in the kills department 33-7. The Lady Cougars were led in the loss from Catheline Joseph. Joseph tallied 3 kills to go along with 4 digs. Grace Mercado had a good match tallying 3 assists, 2 digs and a blocking assists.

St. Joes Bk in the win, Kim Matthews led the team with 12 kills.

The Lady Cougars will be back in action on Monday Oct.10, 2011, when they play in a conference multi match at the College of Staten Island campus. Their opponents are John Jay at 9am and Hunter College at 11am.
