Men's Indoor Track & Field

Indoor Track & Field teams cap 24'-25' season with dazzling performances at AARTFC championships

The Medgar Evers College indoor track and field teams concluded their brilliant 2024-2025 seasons this past Saturday, with a number of the program's student-athletes competing at the AARTFC championships in Ithaca, NY. Just as the teams did in winning the CUNYAC titles, the teams delivered incredible performances, marking incredible milestones for the program. Over the two-day span, the two teams shattered four institutional records and earned multiple All-Region honors, proving that Medgar Evers College belongs among the best in NCAA Division III Track and Field.

Quote from Coach Reid:

"Our teams have come a long way from last year's CUNYAC championship – going from outside the top ten to standing on the podium in some of the most competitive events," Reid said. "These achievements by these great student-athletes serve as more stepping stones in our journey towards making Medgar Evers College a true NCAA contender. We have worked tirelessly to put our program on the map, and with multiple podium finishes and NCAA-qualifying performances, we have made our presence felt. This is just the beginning, and Medgar Evers College Track & Field is here to stay!"
