COUGARS FALL TO JOHN JAY 3-0 IN MEN'S VOLLEYBALL

Box Score New York, NY- The Men's Volleyball team fell to the John Jay College Bloodhounds in a non conference match 3-0 (25-14, 25-6, 25-19) earlier tonight. The Bloodhounds improve to 8-12 Overall while the Cougars drop to 0-20 Overall.

The Cougars played a tough match against John Jay. After playing them twice, they are very familiar with how the Bloodhounds style of action is. The Cougars in the loss, were led by Junior Shemroy Primo with 4 kills,on 12 total attacks. Primo tallied 7 digs, and a blocking assist. Sophomore Setter Wen-Liang Zhu with 6 assists.

The Bloodhounds in the win, were led by Frankie Galang with 12 kills.

The Cougars will be back in action on Sunday April. 7, 2013, when they play in a multi match at Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY. The matches begin at 1pm.
