Box Score New York, NY- The Medgar Evers College Men's Soccer team fell to the Baruch College Bearcats 4-2 earlier tonight. The Bearcats improve to (6-5/2-2 CUNYAC) while Cougars drop to (4-5/2-3 CUNYAC).
The Bearcats opened the scoring with a goal in the 17th minute. Myles Bent scored his 1st goal of the season. The Cougars would tie the game at one. In the 25th minute, Junior Forward
Zeakiel Daley scored his 8th of the season, from a corner kick off the foot of Freshman
Forward King Owusu. Baruch would regain the lead, when Edward Humphreys scores in the 29th minute. The Cougars were outshot in the 1st half 14-4. In the 2nd half, both teams would have chances to score but were denied at one point or another. The Cougars tied the score in the 74th minute, when Freshman Defender
Oluwatosin Ogundele scored from a pass from Senior Midfielder
Denzel Sebastian.This was Ogundeles' 1st goal of the season. Baruch would score the 3rd and 4th goal respectively. William Rosales recorded his 5th goal and Danny Goldberg knocked in his 1st goal of the season.

Kedric Flemius played all 90 minutes, giving up four goals, and making 11 saves. His counterpart Baruchs' Peter DiBona played all 90 minutes, giving up two goals, and making three saves.
The Cougars will be back in action on Saturday October 4, 2014, when they travel to Brooklyn College, and play the Bulldogs. Game time is 2:30 pm.
