Box Score Brooklyn, NY- The Medgar Evers College Men's Soccer team defeated the Lehman College Lightning 5-4 at Aviator Sports and Recreational Center. The win improved the Cougars record to 2-2 Overall and 1-0 CUNYAC, while the Lightning drop to 1-6 Overall and 0-1 CUNYAC. This win was the 1st time since 2008, the Cougars defeated Lehman College.
In the 1st half, the Cougars outshot Lehman 4-1. The play was aggresive and Lehman got on the board first. With 12:07 on the clock, Essosa Aluyi scored on a cross in the box from Irvin Rivera, making the score 1-0 Lehman. Fastforward to the 26th minute, when Junior Forward
