MEN'S VOLLEYBALL TALLIES SEVEN KILLS AGAINST VASSAR

Box Score POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.- The Men's Volleyball team fell to the Vassar College Brewers 3-0 (8-25, 7-25, 7-25) earlier tonight. Vassar improves to 7-4 overall while the Cougars drop to 0-7 this season.

The Cougars tallied seven kills on 35 total attacks. It tied a season low. Junior middle hitter/opposite hitter Jamal Chance led the team with four kills on 16 total attacks. He also added three digs. Freshman outside hitter/middle hitter Denzel Williams recorded two kills and sophomore setter Angel Seda dished out four assists. Vassar was led by Erik Halberg and Brian Manley with eight kills apiece.

The Cougars will be back in action on Monday, February. 16, 2015, when they take part in a CUNYAC Multi Match held at Hunter College. In Game 1, the Cougars will face the College of Staten Island Dolphins (11:00 a.m.) followed by a matchup against the Bearcats of Baruch College (1:00 p.m.).
