NEW YORK, N.Y.- The Men's Volleyball team fell to the Yeshiva University Maccabees 3-0 (11-25, 14-25, and 13-25) earlier tonight. The Maccabees improve to 1-0 overall while the Cougars drop to 0-3 overall.

The Cougars tallied 13 kills for the match. In the loss, they were led by Junior middle hitter/opposite hitter Jamal Chance with seven kills on 28 total attacks. Jamal added a service ace, three digs, and a blocking assist. Junior outside hitter/setter Adiel Ramos Munoz recorded three kills on seven total attacks. He tallied a team high two service aces. Sophomore setter Angel Seda dished out 10 assists. Yeshiva was led by Benjamin Mann and Kolya Miller with six kills apiece.   

The Cougars will be back in action on Saturday, February. 6, 2015 when they travel to John Jay College in Manhattan, and play in a conference multi-match. At 9:00 a.m., the Cougars will face the Hunter College Hawks then at 1:00 p.m., the Cougars will play the York College Cardinals.
