BROOKLYN, N.Y.- The Men's Volleyball team fell to the York College Cardinals 3-0 (25-18, 25-18, 25-18). The Cardinals improve to 11-13, 10-2 CUNYAC while the Cougars drop to 1-18, 0-11 CUNYAC.

The Cougars tallied nine kills in the match (five were in the 2nd set alone). York recorded 28 kills. The Cogars were led by from junior middle hitter/opposite hitter Jamal Chance with eight kills on 24 total attacks. Jamal added two service aces, three digs, and a blocking assist. Junior outside hitter/setter Adiel Ramos Munoz dished out a team high five assists. Freshman outside hitter/middle hitter Denzel Williams led the team with three service aces, and freshman middle blocker Omasanjuwa Ofuya recorded four blocks (two solo and two blocking assists). York was led by Edner Geffrard with 10 kills.

The Cougars will be back in action on Wednesday, March. 18, when they travel to Riverdale, N.Y. and take on the Mt. St. Vincent Dolphins. First serve is 7:00 p.m.
