COUGARS RECORD 11 KILLS AGAINST HUNTER IN MEN'S VOLLEYBALL

NEW YORK, N.Y.- The Men's Volleyball team fell to the Hunter College Hawks 3-0 (10-25, 7-25, 9-25) earlier tonight. The Hawks improve to 11-7, 8-0 CUNYAC while the Cougars drop to 0-13, 0-7 CUNYAC.

The Cougars led three times in the match. The team tallied 11 kills on 58 total attacks while Hunter recorded 31 kills on 53 total attacks. Middle Hitter/opposite Jamal Chance led the Cougars with eight kills on 28 total attacks. Jamal added three digs, a solo block, and two blocking assists. Sophomore setter Angel Seda dished out seven assists. Hunter was led by Brandon Kohler with nine kills.

The Cougars will be back in action on Saturday, March. 7, 2015, when they travel to Jamaica, N.Y. and play in a CUNYAC Multi Match. The first match will feature the Cougars and City College of New York Beavers. First serve will be 11:00 a.m. The second match will feature the Cougars and John Jay College Bloodhounds. That match will begin at 3:00 p.m.
