Men's Volleyball Beaten at Home by CUNYAC Foe Hunter College

Box Score BROOKLYN, N.Y. -- Despite a double-digit kill effort by senior Jamal Chance (Gouyave, Grenada), the Medgar Evers men's volleyball team fell to CUNYAC opponent Hunter College in straight sets, 3-0 [15-25, 11-25, 20-25], Wednesday night at the Cougars Cave.

Chance led the Cougars (0-13, 0-7 CUNYAC) in a losing effort with 10 kills along with five blocks and a service ace. Cecil Clarke (Brooklyn, N.Y.) added two kills, while Angel Seda (Brooklyn, N.Y.) dished out nine assists to go with three digs.

Benjamin Cassidy topped the Hawks (13-7, 8-0 CUNYAC) with 10 kills with two assists and three aces, while Benjamin Cruisinberry added five kills and three digs. Nicolas Sanchez as the primary setter dished out a game-high 32 assists, while Glen Lementut slammed five kills in the victory.
