Box Score Brooklyn, NY- The Lady Cougars suffered their 15th straight loss and this time fell to Yeshiva University Lady Maccabees 69-61 on Wednesday February 22, 2012 at MEC. MEC finishes the season at 2-22 Overall while Yeshiva improves to 3-14 Overall.

It was a close game but Yeshiva led from the opening tip. Yeshiva led by 13pts in the half. MEC cut the lead to 1 twice but couldn't take over the lead. Yeshiva led by 21pts in the 2nd half and led the entire half.

In the loss, MEC was led by Yvanna Jack. Jack scored a game high 27pts (2-3 3pt. range, 1-1 FT), grabbed a game high 26 rebounds, and tallied 5 steals. Chantal Biscette scored 22pts, grabbed 3 rebounds, tallied 7 assists, 4 blocks, and 11 steals.

Yeshiva was led by Rebecca Yoshor with 26pts and Haley David with 19pts.

The team will look to rest and regroup for a fresh start in the 2012-13 season.
