COUGARS FALL TO BLUE JAYS IN WOMEN'S SOCCER SEASON FINALE

Box Score Brooklyn, NY- Earlier today, the Women's Soccer team honored four seniors, Midfielder Shantelle Thomas, Defender Colleen Vogle, Defender Christiana Ojo, and Forward Renee Misere before the season finale versus NYU-Polytechnic University. The Fighting Blue Jays defeated the Cougars 10-0. NYU-Polytechnic improved to 3-11 Overall while the Cougars finish the season at 0-15 Overall. 

The Cougars tallied 3 shots and a shot on goal. Freshman Midfielder/Forward Sciancia Metelus twice went one on one with the goalie, Kylie Hall, with both shots going wide left. Sophomore Defender NaToya Primus recorded the shot on goal.

For the goalies, Freshman Marlene Thompson of Medgar Evers College, gave up all 10 goals, and made 5 saves. Her counterpart Kylie Hall tallied a save. 

The Women's Soccer team will regroup and prepare the 2014 season.
