On Tuesday afternoon, it was announced that Medgar Evers College soccer standouts Danajah Lawrence and Taye Simon were selected to the 2025 CUNYAC Soccer Preseason Player to Watch lists for their respective sports.

Danajah Lawrence enters her second season as a member of the Medgar Evers College women's soccer team after solidifying herself as the team's most prolific offense player.
